1. Refunds:

  • Timing: We offer refunds on eligible items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at padstal@rolandale.co.za or call us at 0285123383 with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Additionally, any applicable taxes or customs duties paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.

2. Returns:

  • Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns: Certain items are not eligible for refunds or returns, including but not limited to:

    • Personalized or custom-made items.
    • Gift cards or digital products.
